Not Your Average Hawaii Elopement

If you type in “Hawai’i Wedding” on Pinterest, we both know you’ll find cheesy photos of white sandy beaches and palm tree sunsets. But if you want something dramatic and out of the box try a staged peacock chair with tropical flower arrangements and a haku lei. I’ve always seen inspiration photos of huge wicker chairs, so when I found one to rent on Facebook marketplace I knew I had to create a shoot around it. So, here’s my take on a Hawai’i Pinterest wedding but on lava rocks instead of sand, and in a rainstorm instead of a sunny day.
